ABSTRACT
The article focuses on the law enforcement condition in Toole County in Montana. Donna Matton, sherriff in Toole County in Montana, discusses the complexity of the implementation of law procedures in the county due to the shortage of its law enforcement staff. Matton adds that the increased concentration of federal personnel in Toole County and the increased border security have affected the communication between the federal and local agencies. The $60 million funding to aid the law enforcement division in Toole County in Montana is also mentioned.
