ABSTRACT
The article reports on Connectivity Scorecard which measured countries on around 30 indicators including usage of communications technology. The study was conducted by consultancy LECG. The scorecard was created by London Business School professor Leonard Waverman. It has revealed that the U.S., Sweden and Japan topped the ranking that measures how well countries use telecommunications technologies such as networks, cell phones and computers to boost their social and economic prosperity.
