ABSTRACT
The article reports on the introduction of a payroll-giving scheme for Premier Foods PLC's British employees as part of its corporate social responsibility (CSR) strategy. The scheme provides employees a chance to make donations to a charity. According to CSR manager Ian Bowles, their employees have responded well to the said effort.
