ABSTRACT
The article reports on the survey which investigated the risk management of insurers and reinsurers in the U.S. It showed how insurers' enterprise risk management (ERM) programs have developed and how they can be improved. The study also indicated several steps boards and senior managers can take to implement their ERM programs.
