ABSTRACT
The article discusses ways how managers can determine top performer talents. It suggests that managers, during the hiring process, should adopt behavioral interviewing approach because they can develop questions appropriate to the job and use them with each candidate for easier comparison and consistency. It recommends to provide training and coaching to develop top talents and to encourage them by taking additional responsibilities, learning new skills, or studying for insurance designations.
