The article focuses on the business prospects of Adrian Cheng who recently joined the Cheng family property development business worth $3.8 billion, run by his grandfather Cheng Yu-tung, 83, and father Henry, 61, in Hong Kong, China. Adrian, 29, a Harvard University graduate joined New World Developments Ltd. three years ago and a year later became the company's youngest board member by more than two decades. Like his billionaire grandfather, Adrian has chosen retail as his proving ground.
