ABSTRACT
The article discusses the impact of recession on the Indian outsourcing industry as well as on an open letter by Imran Khan, former member of Pakistan's parliament, to U.S. Preseident Barack Obama. It reports that Indian outsourcing industry has been affected by both global recession and the Satyam Computer Services fraud. Khan has suggested in the open letter that there is no military solution in Afghanistan and the U.S. should withdraw as soon as possible.
