ABSTRACT
The article highlights the findings of a study on the link between television watching and happiness in the U.S. The study found that unhappy people watch 20 percent more television than their content compatriots. It claimed that watching television contributed to happiness but does not provide long-term satisfaction. Study researchers described happy people as a lot more socially active, read more newspapers and voice their opinions.
