ABSTRACT
The article reports on the $8.6 million investment secured by online radio advertising network TargetSpot in a second round of venture financing led by Bain Capital Ventures. Since its launch in 2007, TargetSpot has worked with Internet-only stations and traditional radio stations. The investment will be allocated to enhance the company's sales and engineering teams. TargetSpot also aims to bring together advertisers with broadcasters who have the air time to deliver them.
