The article offers information on the enterprise content management (ECM) benchmarking offered by the Association for Information & Image Management (AIIM). The benckmarking provides assessment on the utilization of ECM by organizations by partnering with Doculabs Inc. It reveals that participants will be evaluated under four categories, which are data collection and discovery, onsite meetings and interviews, analysis and presentation of deliverables.
