The article focuses on the visit of a mystery shopper to Thomson Travel Group PLC in Paisley, Scotland for a diving holiday. The travel agent of Thomson referred knowledge of the region and show photographs of the destination on the computer. She discussed car hire, parking and airport lounges. Its consultant made an assurance that the shopper's money will be safe when booked to the operator.
