ABSTRACT
The article reports on the commission payment delays of travel agents from hotels in Great Britain. John Ueberroth notes that the Preferred Hotel Group spends more time than ensuring its hotels pay agents' margins on time. The consortium works on enhancing the relationships between hotels and agents. It also reintroduces Web sites for its five brands and adds a dedicated site for special offers.
