The article discusses the possible release of a Special Edition iPod of Apple for Bruce Springteen like that of U2's Bono. Springteen's performance at HP Pavilion was attended by Apple Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Steve Jobs and Jon Landau, Springsteen's longtime manager and record producer.
