IT Software Firm Nimsoft Grabs Indicative

This article announces the acquisition of Indicative Software by information technology (IT) management software maker Nimsoft. According to Nimsoft Chief Executive Gary Read, the acquisition deal was influenced by customers' requests for the ability to clock response time and determine potential bottlenecks in hosted and Web-based applications. Nimsoft's total number of staff will reach 161 after absoring 20 Indicative employees.
