Imeem Scoops Up Snocap

According to Imeem, the acquisition will give it a content identification technology and an engineering talent. Dalton Caldwell, chief executive officer of Imeem, said that the acquisition will allow the companies to work together and offer labels and independent artists new ways to promote and sell their music.
