ABSTRACT
The article focuses on the history of disc golf and the materials used by disc golfers in the U.S. in playing the sports. The Disc Golf Association reveals that disc golf began in late 1960s when inventor Ed Headrick installed the first standardized disc target course. It states that disc golfers bring disc golf bags with three discs including driving disc, mid-range disc, putting and approach disc.
