The article focuses on a second quarter market report from the Seattle, Washington-based online real estate firm Zillow which claims that the median U.S. home value should expect more bad news. The median home value hit close to a four-year low in the second quarter as the market is showing no sign of a turnaround. In a second quarter market report, the firm gave a bleak outline of a U.S. housing market that has gotten significantly worse in the last year, and has posted its sixth consecutive quarter of decline.
