ABSTRACT
The article presents evaluation to several travel agencies through a mystery shopper in Great Britain. Going Places is rated 96% as the consultant despite being busy are friendly and knowledgeable. Moreover, the agent motivates the shopper to reserve soon as discounts are offered in limited period. Thomson Travel Group PLC is named the winner as the service is exemplary, the agent looks at various options and photos, videos are shown. The scoring system for the evaluation is presented.
