Arizona conducts first ISSI testing on live network

The article reports on the first ever testing of Inter RF Subsystem Interface (ISSI) gateways between live P25 networks in Arizona. Bob Schassler of Motorola noted that these P25 networks are the Motorola P25 networks owned by the city of Phoenix and the county of Yuma. He explained that the company is working on making the ISSI gateway available for P25 networks built by any vendor.
