ABSTRACT
The article discusses the role of several document management companies which help businesses find a better way to handle, share, store and dispose documents in the U.S. It presents the comments of the companies' executives regarding the wrong assumptions of going paperless, but to adopt the strategy of going to be paper-efficient. It explains the value of document management in promoting easy accessibility to current documents and the ability to add and modify them.
