ABSTRACT
The article offers suggestions on taking a diet. One is advised not to eat foods with carbohydrates such as bread, rice, potato, and pasta that are often high in calories. Eating more fruits and vegetables takes a lot of chewing which sends signals to the brain that one is starting to get full. It is noted that glucose levels make one hungry that is why one is encouraged to have a snack at 4p.m.
