ABSTRACT
The article reports on the acquisition of the residential solar division of Borrego Solar Systems by groSolar. groSolar Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Jeff Wolfe explained that the deal will allow the company to introduce new programs for homeowners to access solar power and expand the company's distribution network. With this, groSolar achieved a stronger presence in California. The company also ventured to a $175 million, four-year purchase agreement with Evergreen Solar.
