ABSTRACT
The article reports on the decision of billionaire investor Carl Icahn to join critics who felt that executives of big financial firms be held responsible for their collapse. While corporate executives and pundits criticized the practices of short-sellers, the failures of credit-rating agencies and the reactive policies of the U.S. Federal Reserve and the Treasury Department, Icahn has set his sights on directors who are allied with entrenched management.
