ABSTRACT
The article reports on the settlement by Tecmo Games of the lawsuits by developer Tomonobu Itagaki for unpaid bonuses and by employees Hiroaki Ozawa and Tatsuki Tsunoda for unpaid overtime. Because of the lawsuits, Square Enix, in the takeover offer they extended to Tecmo Games, outlined a lack of optimism for Tecmo's future.
