ABSTRACT
The article presents information on several aircrafts of the U.S. Marine Corps. The AV-8B Harrier II is used to conduct fire support, close air support (CAS), suppression of enemy air defenses and air-to-air operations. The CH-46E is the Marine Corps' primary combat assault helicopter, which is used to provide medium-lift assault helicopter transport of troops, weapons, equipment and supplies.
