ABSTRACT
This article reports that the Cray Linux Environment (CLE) has been certified by the National Information Assurance Partnership's (NIAP) Common Criteria Evaluation and Validation Scheme as conformant to EAL3+ in 2009. Cray Inc. and atsec information security announced the certification of the solution. Ian Miller, Cray senior vice president of sales and marketing, explained the benefits of the certification.
