ABSTRACT
The article reports on the second round funding completed by online sports game developer Play Hard for growth and expansion. Valhalla Partners led the round, with TriplePoint Capital and returning backer New Enterprise Associates participating as well. According to chief executive Jeff Anderson, the company, which is working on its online game Play Hard Football, plans to generate revenue through video ads that mirror commercials in football broadcasts.
