ABSTRACT
The article discusses the five indicators identified by Jeffries & Company Vice Chairman Paul Deninger that can mark the comeback of the initial public offering (IPO) market. These indicators include treasury bond yields returning to historic norms at 2.5 to 5% and high-yield bonds trading returns to regular standards. Other indicators involve Google's forward-looking earnings reflecting its forward growth rate and a major non-technology multibillion-dollar IPO. The last is several small cap technology companies have secondary offerings at good prices.
