ABSTRACT
The article discusses the advertising validity of oral hygiene products and examines the chemical qualities of Listerine toothpaste. The advertising claims made regarding Listerine toothpaste are described and include its slightly acidic nature, its role in tartar prevention, and its role in salivary stimulation. The author tests the advertising claims for their validity through experimental studies.
