ABSTRACT
The article reports on the decision of the periodical "Evening Standard" to offer free and discounted copies of its daily paper outside train and Tube stations in London, England. The price strategy involves free copies of the periodical being distributed by vendors in the evening outside train and Tube stations. The vendors of the periodical will now be paid fixed hourly rates through a third party and work past 9pm. Geordie Greig has been appointed editor of the paper.
