ABSTRACT
The article reports that banks are pressuring cash-strapped landlords to generate revenue at any cost, which resulted in lower rents and increased concessions. The issue was pointed out by participants at a commercial real estate panel of the Society of Office and Industrial Realtor's Las Vegas chapter. According to Daniel Doherty, senior vice president at Collers International's Industrial Division, they are doing more work for less pay.
