ABSTRACT
The article reports on the decision of global investment firm Babcock & Brown to sell its wind assets to Magnum Capital for $1.46 billion. The wind assets include 515 mega watts of operating windfarms in Portugal and an additional 156 mega watts of wind farms under construction. According to Antonio Lo Bianco of Babcock & Brown, the company is pleased to announce the sale.
