The article reports that Charlotte, North Carolina-based Wachovia Mortgage Corp. ranked highest among home-equity loan servicers in satisfying customers in 2008 in the U.S. A study by J.D. Power Associates measured customer satisfaction with home-equity line/loan servicers. The company ranked highest in customer satisfaction followed by Bank of America.
