ABSTRACT
The articles presents a study that examines methods of preparing stained ground sections of soft and hard tissues. The authors detail the use of ground sections in dental research and discuss methods of grinding that maintain the usability of soft tissues and enamel. Materials and dental instruments used for this purposed are discussed.
