ABSTRACT
The article highlights the celebration of American Heart Month, declaring February 6 as National Wear Red Day. It is the day when persons across the U.S. wear red to show their support for women's heart disease awareness. Heart disease has been reported as the leading cause of death in the U.S., particularly among women. The major signs of heart attack are cited, including chest pain or discomfort and pain in the arm or shoulder, jaw, neck or back.
