New white space rules

The article reports on the challenges facing the television (TV) broadcasting industry concerning the rule made by the U.S. Federal Communications Commission (FCC) of allowing white space devices (WSDs) to be used in TV frequencies. It was found that the regulation has raised concern among TV stations concerning the devices' interference to licensed TV Band Devices (TVBDs). It reveals that the FCC is developing solutions to address the problem.
