ABSTRACT
The article considers a cooking suite as an alternative for those thinking of remodeling their space or designing a new restaurant kitchen. It refers to all-in-one, stand-alone units that feature multiple cooking and preparation stations. It may help alleviate the jam-ups near the stove area when one faces unusual traffic flow in the kitchen. Additionally, they can streamline communication and facilitate interaction among the kitchen staff. Customization is key to all cooking suites.
