ABSTRACT
The article reports on the holistic view of business exposure. It is noted that viewing the world of risk management requires a holistic view of business and industry exposures. It cites that beyond technical expertise is the need to deal with issues that are important to customers on a daily basis, unique and deserving of a customized approach. To have a broader perspective and leadership skills to drive corporate direction enables one to translate that discipline through different businesses.
