ABSTRACT
The article offers information on the technological condition in Germany. The country has presented a good performance in terms of research with a high level of integration and networking. It explores the contribution of the establishment of the Fraunhofer Society, an information and communication technology (ICT) institute, to attract foreign direct investments to the country. It also highlights the achievement of the country in exporting ICT products.
