ABSTRACT
The article presents the author's position on his study concerning function-restoring therapies for spinal-cord injury or dysfunction (SCI/D) research programs in China. It focuses its discussion on the researches made in Beike, a facility founded in 2005 with funding from Beijing University, Hong Kong University of Science and Technology and nurtured with Chinese government grants. Details concerning the programs and studies made by Beike for the treatment of SCI are specified.
