The article focuses on the contract which awarded 400 additional Mine Resistant Ambush Protected (MRAP) vehicles to Navistar Defense LLC. The company will complete the delivery while the evaluation of vehicles for the MRAP All-Terrain Vehicle (MATV) program is underway. The contract's value of $362 million and the beginning of production at Navistar's West Point MS plant are also noted.
