The article reports on the establishment of the Dow Only Representative Trustee (ORT) by Dow Chemical Co. to leverage REACH registrations. Such move will help reduce costs in its supply chains. The ORT can offer to use the Dow registrations to cover under REACH the indirect imports of Dow substances by European Union (EU) importers.
