ABSTRACT
The article presents the best articles of "Coaching at Work" magazine in 2008. The magazine and the Association for Coaching surveyed more than 1,000 coaches to cite the benefits of coaching to businesses. A pilot scheme for the European Mentoring and Coaching Council's model for professional accreditation was launched in September. Market research firm TNS Worldpanel UK has made the emergency service available to 70 managers.
