ABSTRACT
The article presents information on changing outerwear fashion trend. Gore-Tex representative Mark Yardley commented that, for fall 2009, retailers should expect to see manufacturers experimenting with lightweight fabrics and design to present consumers with more fashion options. Some companies have begun mixing the technology of synthetic fabrics with down insulation as part of a layering system or as a stand-alone piece.
