ABSTRACT
The article focuses on the celebration of the 200th birth anniversary of former U.S. President Abraham Lincoln. Lincoln was born on February 12, 1809 and served as president during the Civil war. For his 200th birth anniversary, students in Idaho raised money to help relocate a statue of Lincoln to a park near the Idaho Capitol. In Washington, a ceremony will be held at the Lincoln Memorial to honor the former president.
