The article reports on the move of Nokia Corp. to forge a five-year helpdesk and desktop management outsourcing services contract with HCL Technologies Ltd., an information technology (IT) and business process outsourcing (BPO) services provider in India. It notes that the companies did not disclose the financial terms of the contract. The contract also stipulates that HCL will start offering services in April 2009.
