This section offers news briefs related to rose gardening. Two varieties of roses have been released in Canadian provinces which are the Emily Carr rose and the Felix Leclerc rose. Meanwhile, the rose rosette disease continues to spread throughout rose gardens and among wild roses. It also notes that there still has no cure for RRD but education about symptoms and possible cure have already started. Rotenone, a general purpose insecticide has been released in the market.
