The article reports on the proposal of the Westchester County Association (WCA) for the economic stimulus initiative in Westchester, New York. The initiative will focus initially on three key areas to help offer economic stability and growth for businesses and residents in the country. The three areas are access to credit, lower energy costs, and economic stimulus package.
