Lincoln's 200th Birthday

This article features the 200th anniversary of the birth of former U.S. President Abraham Lincoln on February 12, 2009. A birthday event will take place at the Lincoln Memorial in Washington, D.C. People will gather to hear speeches about Lincoln. There will also have poetry readings, plays, dances and tours where Lincoln lived.
