ABSTRACT
The article focuses on the filing for bankruptcy by Artisan Hotel and Spa to disengage itself from a room-booking contract with Choice Hotels International. It is stated that the property is not in financial trouble, but that it is only getting half-reservations because they cannot get it all through Choice.
